| The establishment of
special courts in order to tackle cases related to Intellectual
Property rights issues will be in store for the nation.
The minister of state for law and justice K Venkatapathy
propounded the above suggestion. The minister expressed
his confidence in the judiciary to dispose of such a responsibility.
His view in opposing to that pf the industry representatives
who feel that the judiciary needs special training in
order to facilitate itself to achieve the task at hand.
